I am ambitious and driven. I thrive in challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I am the CEO of ECT since  2018. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Small Business Management. I am currently pursuing a short course in Human Resource Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I was born in Ozwathini – Maphumulo, KZN, South Africa.

I am Nomandla Nxusa (MSc Eng Civil Engineering; Cand.Nat. Sci; AWISA). I have been the Water Quality Scientist at E.C.T since 2018, with primary focus on quality and process management as well as data analysis. I am Enthusiastic about providing innovative solutions that will help achieve Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 6.

I was born in Ulundi, KZN, South Africa.

I hold a BSc Honours in chemistry. I have gained practical experience through working at the CSIR. I have designed heterogeneous nanostructured materials for biomass conversion to biofuel chemicals which are evaluated over hydrogenation reactions by employing autoclave reactors. I am the Chief Applied Chemistry Specialists at ECT since 2018.

I was born in Harare, Zimbabwe.

I am Chemical and Process Systems Engineer. I worked in different Projects Developing and implementing Aquaponics systems and development of organic fertilizer and organic farming practices with Shift Organic Technologies. I have been working with ECT since 2017 as the Chief Chemical and Process Systems Engineer.

I started our company to address Africa’s Water and Energy Issues in 2014 after I dropped out of UKZN due to lack of Funds whilst studying My Second Year of BCOM Accounting. I am the R&D director of ECT and the team leader.
